PvP

PvP Guide, Info, and Explanation

PvP is possible if a player has Aqua dust. You may PvP by walking into the
tower of infinite [Yes walk into it] Located at 135 x 94.

Aqua Dust is how you will need to PvP. 1 Dust is equal to 1 player Clvl
[Character level located at the top left corner] Depending on the Player you
seek to PvP's Clvl you may not be able to even hit.

Example : Clvl 10 player can not be attacked if you have 4 Aqua dusts. You will
need 10+ to reliably hit the clvl 10 player. Note that there is always a 1 in 400
chance to hit anyway (roll a double 20).

Aqua Dusts are earnable Via Possessed Monsters or Unique Event Monsters
like Reindeer, Valentines day Hearts, and Halloween monsters.

PvP Info Relating to Dust and Staves

Aqua Dust is countered by White, Similar to the blind percent chance formula
it is equal to 1 Aqua you can find that info else were on the wiki.

Red Dust will slow players if there is enough of it. Currently there is no
counter except not getting hit or blinding them first.

Silver dust functions against players at any amount, same as it does against
monsters. Dust resistance may be added to players in the future, but it will
not stop the extra damage.

Green Dust and Gold Dust are useless in PvP, As looting is not possible at this
time, Taming a player is impossible.

Black Dust currently has no affect vs players. It may in the future.

Bladestaffs : These can strike all other players in the square sometimes. If the
primary target is hit, all the other targets are hit too regardless of pets, but
dust effects won't be applied unless the target would have been hit if they
were the primary. Silver dust only shocks the initial person struck. Bladestaffs
will hit either players or monsters, but not both at once.

Mage Staffs : Only Mages can use staffs in pvp. These always hit, and when
used against players will try to apply their effects. The poison effect does not
currently function against players, but fire, slow, tangle, and blind work. AOE
staffs function, but will hit the pet instead of the beastmaster if they are both
in the same square. They otherwise cannot hit both players and monsters at
the same time.

Beast Masters in PvP

Beast masters are able to PvP. If the pet is in the same square, they will
protect the beastmaster from player attacks. You can not tame players or
steal their pets. AoE attacks from pets can hit either monsters or players, but not
both. They can bypass a pet, but only by attacking another nearby
player. When attacking players, the unicorn range is only one square
away instead of two vs monsters. They still have to beat the dodge of each
player attacked, and can be blinded. Web protection totems help against
Spidren pets, which otherwise are likely to stun and bind all players they can
hit.

Explosives / Bombs in PvP

Pure Creative / Smiths are the only ones allowed to use bombs in PvP.

You may be immune to explosives if you complete and max out explosive
mastery to level 100. Since you must take damage to gain explosives mastery
experience, and survive the explosion, this will take a while, as stronger and
stronger bombs are required to keep getting experience.

Bombs can bypass beastmaster pets. They are very effective against
beastmasters, and anyone else with low hit points. They are unlikely to kill a
Fighter unless you have very high explosives mastery and they don't.

If you have Explosives Mastery it will gain experience as you take damage
in pvp from bombs. If you are killed outright by another player's bomb, you will
gain half your current hp in mastery experience, instead of equal to the full
amount of damage if you had survive.
